Nextel sucks. I've had it with this stupidf ass fucking worthless phone company. Neil's phone gets awful reception...awful. I can be chatting happily on my phone in the car and he won't even be able to get a signal. His vm doesn't work half the time and their costumer service sucks. SO I'm about to eat 250 bucks and switch to Cingular....that way if I want to talk to my husband I can. This weekend was the last straw. Genious left his phone on the couch Friday and Lucy chewed the antenna off. So we go to the nearest Nextel store to see about a new phone (we have insurance) they can't help us because the are only a Nextel rep store...we have to go to the actual retail store. SO we go there.....and they tell us we have to call this 800 number, mail them the phone and they will send us a new one within 6 weeks! Are you fucking kidding me? Six weeks....we have a business to run. Oh and we can't upgrade the phone either, like can't even pay to upgrade to the phone. This particular phone sucks so bad that they don't make them anymore so they're egoing to send us a refurbished phone. Which to me basically means didn't work right in the first place. Well the only way they will upgrade the phone is if we sign a longer contract...uh I don't freakin think so!
